Non-orthogonal pools are located at the middle
of the City Gallery and the Wellington Central Library. The Wellington central library has the whole mirror window wall which reflects the civic square and non-orthogonal pools. The mirror window also reflect an interesting phenomenon which wellingtonian are keen on reading books. In other words, they are immersed in learning knowledge. Therefore, the central library - mirror window explicitly reflects that "knowledge is power". For instance, some welingtonian prefer reading books while lying on the grass at the Wellington civic square.
